I am a football professional with experience both on the field and as part of coaching staffs in diverse contexts and cultures.
My approach integrates player development with collective performance. I communicate ideas in a simple, direct and action-oriented manner so each player can understand the game and make better decisions.

Football clinic: From the idea to the match
A 2026 program for students and coaches seeking a different perspective on the game. It combines 18 online classes with a final in-person integrative session. Pablo J. Ricchetti is its author and future lecturer; no launch date has been confirmed.

Final project in development for the Sporting Direction course. It connects institutional identity, culture, development, scouting, performance, infrastructure and sporting continuity. Final presentation pending.

Approved Master in Sport Management thesis. It analyzes an Argentine professional club and proposes a management model adapted to its context. It uses public and internal sources; the institution’s identity remains confidential.

A private talk delivered to company executives. It transfers lessons from professional sport to organizational leadership: trust, daily consistency, closeness, clear roles and people at the center without lowering standards.
